1. Submission of applications for access to public information and their registration is carried out at the building of the Bulgarian Development Bank JSC, 1 “Dyakon Ignatiy” Street.

2. The review of the application, the provision or refusal to provide information is carried out in accordance with the Access to Public Information Act.

3. Access to public information is granted after payment of the prescribed costs in accordance with Ordinance No. H-1 of 7 March 2022 on determining the cost standards for providing public information, issued by the Minister of Finance, and upon submission of a payment document.
