Vladimir Gueorguiev

Vladimir Gueorguiev has more than 11 years of experience in the banking system, including middle and senior management positions in several major commercial banks, as well as positions as Member of the Management Board and Executive Director of banking institutions. He has proven experience in the field of international cooperation and liquidity of banks, international credit and correspondent relations, as well as in bank’s recovery, dealer operations, documentary operations, corporate financing and collection of problem loans.
He participated in the consolidation teams of two major Bulgarian banks as responsible for consolidation in the field of international credit and correspondent relations and liquidity.
Vladimir Gueorguiev has specialized in finance and banking in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg.
Furthermore, he has more than 19 years of experience in the financial management of Bulgarian and foreign investments in different sectors of the economy and has organised an Initial Public Offering and Bond Financing through the Bulgarian Stock Exchange for several corporate structures.
