Amount of financing: up to 70% of the value of the signed Contract for the Execution of Construction and Assembly Works (CAW), VAT excluded

In case of an advance payment provided by the Contracting Authority under the contract, the financing is up to 70% of the remainder of the value of the contract.

Term of the loan: According to the duration of the Contract for the Execution of Construction and Assembly Works (CAW), extended by 6 months, but not later than 31.12.2026.

Term of disbursement: According to the duration of the Contract for the Execution of Construction and Assembly Works (CAW), but not later than 30.06.2026.
