BDB Leasing offers support to small and medium-sized businesses under reduced conditions
The National Guarantee Fund will act as the guarantor for the new program for leasing financing.
BDB Leasing and the National Guarantee Fund, part of the Bulgarian Development Bank group, are launching a joint programme for lease financing to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises under reduced conditions.
The companies will be able to take advantage of leasing for the purchase of machinery and equipment with a 5% deductible, as well as vehicles and real estate with a 0% deductible.
The leasing financing has a ceiling of up to BGN 1.5 million and a repayment period of up to 8 years.
With the new programme, BDB Leasing will enable the purchase of both new and used production equipment, construction and agricultural machinery, vehicles, as well as medical equipment and real estate for business purposes.
The programme will expand the opportunities for the implementation of innovations by Bulgarian companies and provide additional liquidity to the lessees through reduced requirements for deductible and longer repayment periods. The goal is to facilitate access to finance for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and encourage companies to modernize their production facilities.
The deadline for applying under the programme is until the end of 2025.
BDB Leasing continues to offer reduced financing conditions for “green” investments up to BGN 5 million under the InvestEU Programme, Direction “Sustainability”. The measure is focused on industrial energy efficiency, energy production, low-emission mobility, sustainable use of materials and circular economy.
