Changes in Bulgarian Development Bank’ Supervisory Board

Effective from 30 November 2022, as resolved by the single shareholder, the Supervisory Board of the Bulgarian Development Bank has a new composition. Prof. Rosen Karadimov, PhD, Chairman, Deliana Ivanova, Deputy Chairman, and Stamen Yanev, Supervisory Board Member remain in office. Valentin Mihov and Vasil Shtonov have been dismissed as members of the Supervisory Board.
