We are currently seeking an experienced and accomplished professional for the position of Expert/Chief Expert Financial Reporting.

Your key responsibilities:

• Participation in the process of preparing individual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including the collection, verification, and elimination of intercompany transactions;
• Implementation of IFRS 9 – Financial Instruments, including asset classification, maintenance and improvement of expected credit loss (ECL) models, impairment and provisioning calculations;
• Preparation of reporting for national and European programs/projects, including budgets, interim and final financial reports;
• Participation in the rating process – preparation of reports and templates required by external rating agencies;
• Monitoring and implementation of changes in applicable IFRS standards;
• Participation and collaboration with the Bank’s external auditors during the annual audit of financial and other reports;
• Participation in the optimization and improvement of financial reporting processes and automation of report preparation;
• Development, improvement, alignment, and implementation of internal rules and procedures in the areas of reporting, financial control, and management;
• Participation in the preparation/update of various periodic and ad-hoc reports – ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Plan, Restructuring Plan, etc.

Your qualifications and skills:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting or auditing of a financial institution, with a focus on IFRS; experience in a bank will be considered an advantage;
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with IFRS 9;
• Experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS;
• Experience in reporting for national and European programs;
• Experience in working with international external credit rating agencies;
• ERP system skills – an advantage;
• Excellent computer literacy – proficiency in Word and Excel (macros, pivot tables, financial modeling);
• Very good command of English – both written and spoken;
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
