The National Program for Energy Efficiency of Multi-family Residential Buildings was adopted by Decree No. 18 of the Council of Ministers on May 02, 2015. It provides financial assistance to the owners of private residential buildings with not less than 36 apartments, built in an industrial manner. The program helps to reduce households' electricity costs as well as to extend the life cycle of buildings.
