MSMEs approved to sign a support agreement:

• First-ranking special pledge in favor of the BDB on the Borrower’s claims under the administrative contract signed for the provision of a grant.

• First-ranking special pledge on the subject of the investment (tangible fixed assets).

* It shall be allowed to approve and sign a loan agreement before signing the support agreement under the procedure for which it is applied. The provision of a signed support agreement under the procedure, for which it is applied, shall be a condition for disbursement of the loan.

For MSMEs included in the waiting list (reserves):

• First-ranking special pledge on the subject of the investment (tangible fixed assets).

 • Additional collateral acceptable according to the Bank’s rules.

• In the event that the MSMEs sign a support agreement, a pledge on the grant should be established in favor of the Bank.
