BDB Leasing supports businesses with new products with 0% deductible
Small and medium sized companies are also given the opportunity for a deductible of up to 5% of the cost of acquisition of machinery and equipment and for making green investments under the InvestEU programme
BDB Leasing, part of the Bulgarian Development Bank Group, will support businesses with two new financial products - a 0% deductible for the purchase of vehicles and a 5% deductible for machinery, equipment, and green investments. Small and medium-sized companies can apply for financing of up to EUR 2 million and a repayment period of up to 8 years. The resource is supported by the European Union under the InvestEU programme.
The SME Competitiveness strand funds the purchase of new and used production machinery and equipment, construction and agricultural machinery, trucks, and vehicles.
Under the Sustainability line of business, projects related to improving industrial energy efficiency, low-emission mobility, production of energy from renewable sources (RES), investments in circular economy and sustainable use of materials are eligible for funding.
The preferential leasing terms are also available to companies that meet the European Investment Fund's 'sustainable enterprise' requirements.
Micro, small and medium-sized companies can apply for funding until July 2025.
The InvestEU programme is an initiative of the EIB Group and the European Commission aimed at stimulating investment, innovation and sustainable development in EU Member States. Companies can benefit from concessional financing terms, longer repayment periods and reduced deductible requirements.
