The Constitutional Court acquired the building at No. 2 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. from BDB

The President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria Pavlina Pavlova and the Executive Directors of the Bulgarian Development Bank (BDB) Iliya Karanikolov and Tsanko Arabadzhiev signed a contract for the purchase and sale of real estate – a building and the adjacent plot of land at No. 2 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd.

The contract was concluded in fulfillment of Council of Ministers’ Decision 899 of 15.12.2023, which orders the President of the Constitutional Court to conclude a contract for the purchase of a real property in favor of the state, owned by the Bulgarian Development Bank.

From the date of its acquisition and entry in the public registers, the property will become public state property and will be provided to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria for management.
