In order to facilitate financing, BDB accepts as collateral also a special pledge of rose oil stored at the National Institute for Research and Certification under the Registered Pledges Act through a tripartite agreement between the bank, the institute and the borrower. Pledges are also accepted under the Financial Collateral Contracts Act on present and future claims of the enterprise and joint debtors on all accounts with BDB.
