BDB Representatives Participate in Bulgaria-China Business Forum
Delyana Ivanova, Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of the Bulgarian Development Bank (BDB), and Tsanko Arabadzhiev, Chief Executive Officer of BDB, took part in a roundtable discussion on trade and investment relations between Bulgaria and China.
The event was organized by the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (KRIB) and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Bulgaria. It brought together representatives of public institutions, the business community, and Chinese companies interested in investing in and partnering with Bulgarian businesses.
The forum was opened by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Investments and Industry Alexander Pulev, Chinese Ambassador Dai Qingli, and KRIB Chairman Kiril Domuschiev.
The discussion focused on opportunities to expand bilateral economic cooperation, promote investment, and foster partnerships between Bulgarian and Chinese companies.
The participation of representatives of the Bulgarian Development Bank is part of the state-owned bank’s ongoing efforts to support initiatives aimed at attracting investment, expanding international business contacts, and creating new growth opportunities for Bulgarian enterprises.
BDB continues to work toward improving access to financing for small and medium-sized enterprises and supporting projects with the potential to generate sustainable economic impact.
