We are looking for serious and ambitious candidates for the position of Corporate Clients Manager.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manages the communication process with potential and existing clients of the bank in order to improve the quality of customer service.
• Develops and participates in the organization and management of sales activities.
• Directly participates in the development, organization, management, and control of the implementation of assigned activities related to financing/support from the State authorities.
• Monitors sound financial management, transparency, and accountability of the funds provided for management.
• Advises and negotiates specific terms of transactions with corporate clients related to the provision of bank financing.
• Is responsible for achieving quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
• Manages a portfolio of corporate clients and works to ensure their retention through regular contact, consulting, and finding the best solutions for their needs.
• Analyzes financial statements of corporate clients and structures credit transactions.
• Analyzes and successfully achieves business growth objectives.
• Participates in the process of creating and developing new products and services for corporate clients.

Your qualification:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with corporate/SME clients or product development, preferably in a financial institution.
• Skills in analyzing financial and accounting information;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Teamwork and leadership skills;
• Proficiency in English is an advantage;
• Excellent computer literacy.
