In accordance with the new European Payment Services Directive (PSD2), the Bulgarian Development Bank started a test portal for Applied Program Interface (API) developers. It allows suppliers of information and payment services, fintech companies and other interested users to test their software and applications used to provide payment services, as well as to receive the necessary documentation and support.
