Target Groups
Construction companies that:
✔ Have signed a contract with the Contracting Authority (municipality, administrative institution, ministry or beneficiaries under Measure 7.6) for the implementation of projects approved for a grant;
✔ Have completed at least two financial years with reported positive equity or a joint co-debtor;
✔ Have no liabilities to financial institutions;
✔ Have recommendations from the Chamber of Builders or references for good performance of completed projects.
