Letter of Credit Discount Line - When discounting a documentary irrevocable letter of credit issued by a bank acceptable to the Bank, endorsed by the Bank and payable to the Bank, the amount of funds authorized for drawdown should not exceed 65% of the value of the letter of credit. In case of deferred payment (after export) - up to 90%
