Tsanko Arabadzhiev is a financial manager with over 18 years of experience and an established presence in the banking, insurance and asset management sectors.

He holds degrees in International Economic Relations and Finance from the University of National and World Economy, and has completed the Authentic Leader Development program at Harvard Business School.

His professional career started in 2005 at United Bulgarian Bank, progressing through various levels of development in banking, management of collective investment schemes and lending to small and medium-sized businesses. He was the Director of Investment Management at UNICA Insurance Company, where he was responsible for the overall cash flow management, developed asset management strategies and led various projects related to the introduction of new products, cost and process optimization, etc.

His career continued at Pension and Insurance Company "Doverie", where he was responsible for the internal control of investment activities and managed funds.

From 2021. Tsanko Arabadzhiev is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the Bulgarian Development Bank (BDB). He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BDB Microfinance and Capital Investment Fund - companies of the BDB Group.

In the same year he became a member of the Supervisory Board of the Three Seas Investment Fund (3SIIF).
