Optimization of the form for ordering budget payments

Dear customers,

as from 01.10.2023 the form for ordering budget payments has been optimized.

There is no need to fill in:

Type and number of the document on which payment is made

Date of issue of the document

Period for which the payment is made

The "Payment Type Code" field for all Public Receivables Administrator accounts, except for municipal accounts (accounts with account type identifier 84), for which it becomes optional

The National Revenue Agency (NRA) closes the following accounts in United Bulgarian Bank, Investbank, International Asset Bank and Central Cooperative Bank:

Bank accounts for tax payments with holder: Territorial Directorate (TD)/Office of NRA

Bank accounts for state social security payments with holder: TD/Office of NRA

Bank accounts for health insurance payments with holder: TD/Office of NRA

Bank accounts for payments of supplementary mandatory pension insurance with holder: TD/Office of NRA

Bank accounts for payments of amounts for compulsory collection with holder: TD/Office of NRA

Bank account for payments of amounts for state dividend and rent deductions with holder: NRA TD "Large Taxpayers and Insurers"

Bank account for foreign funds in EUR for collection of amounts for due social security contributions in favour of EU member states with holder: TD of NRA Sofia

Bank account for foreign funds in EUR for collection of amounts of value added tax due to other EU member states with holder: TD of NRA Sofia

As from 01.10.2023, banking services will be provided by the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) on eight new bank accounts. You will find up-to-date information about their IBAN and BIC code here.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that the last issue of budget payments for today – 29.09.2023, will be performed at 12:45 p.m.

All budget payment orders placed after this time until the end of the business day will be automatically cancelled.
