Rules for the implementation of the State aid legislation of the Bank Group

The purpose of these rules is to outline the duties and procedures relating to the responsibilities of BDB and its subsidiaries as State Aid Administrator. These rules provide information on the applicable legal framework, roles and tasks within the bank.
