By decision of the European Commission and a Decree of the Council of Ministers, the Bulgarian Development Bank (BDB) has been entrusted with the management and financing of the Residential Building Renovation Programme under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP).
To date, the following eligibility and compliance checks have been completed: 172 projects under Stage I and 275 projects under Stage II.
