The Programme is intended for SMEs within the meaning of Article 3 and Article 4 of the Law for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, as well as companies with an average market capitalization (up to 500 employees) that: ✔ Contribute to the ecological and sustainable transformation of the European economy; ✔ Improve the accessibility to services, products and infrastructure, develop assistive technologies and ensure access to the organization for people with disabilities; ✔ Have positive equity, have no arrears and liabilities to the National Revenue Agency; ✔ Meet the criteria for a “green enterprise” or the planned investments – the criteria for “green investments”.
