Types of Financing

Investment loan: for financing of tangible and intangible assets

Working capital loan, including a revolving loan facility

Performance Bonds: guarantee issue line or one-time guarantee

Loans can be combined, provided that the total exposure (including that of BDB Leasing) does not exceed the ceiling of BGN 5 million specified in the Articles of Association of the Bulgarian Development Bank.

Restrictions

It is not permissible to include in this Programme a bridge financing loan under European Programmes that provide for a grant.

The borrower cannot use the grant received under European Programmes to repay obligations on  a loan included in this Programme.
