Amendments to the Articles of Association of BDB

On June 2, 2021, the Bulgarian Development Bank received minutes from the Minister of Economy dated June 1, 2021, which contained a resolution for a new amendment to BDB’s Articles of Association. Within the statutory 10-day period, the new amendment to the Bank's Articles of Association will be processed further in such due manner as the Articles of Association approved by the Minister of Economy on May 21, 2021 have already been processed.

Despite the fact that the amendments shall come into force after being entered in the Companies Register, BDB will not provide any funding of over BGN 5 million except as explicitly provided for by the Articles of Association.
