Current Topics in Public Administration Conference
On 5-7 December at the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, the conference will discuss current issues in the work of the state administration for the 2021-2027 programming period.
Lyudmil Garkov from the Finance Department of the BDB also participated in the conference. He presented the Pillar Assessment procedure of the EC and the Bank's functions as an Implementing Partner of the Commission. The event is organized by the Legal Platform on Irregularities and Financial Corrections in Public Procurement, Misconduct and Fraud together with the Master's Program in Economics and Public Resource Management and the Center for Educational Services of the Faculty of Economics of Sofia University. The programme includes 4 panels:
- Public procurement irregularities - indicators of corruption and fraud in project management;
- Eligible costs, verification, financial corrections, and appeals;
- Public-private partnership and management of public property - municipal and state. Administrative Management;
- Public enterprises.
