The Bulgarian Development Bank is part of the International Network for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (INSME) under the auspices of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). The association currently has 61 members from 30 different countries.
INSME’s mission is to bring together at international level practitioners and researchers in the fields of innovation, technology transfer and entrepreneurship, which provide measures in support of SMEs.
The goal of the organization is to facilitate the exchange of ideas, know-how and expertise, as well as the spread of innovative practices, promoting the public-private dialogue in order to set up international partnerships.
INSME is actively working through direct communication and cooperation in achieving the common goals. Within the OECD, the network of organisations provides an unique opportunity for discussions and exchange of best practices, facilitating the demand and supply of innovative services in different regions and sectors.
It provides training, technical assistance and capacity building initiatives worldwide.
