Working Capital Financing for Construction Companies
With Contracts for the Execution of Construction and Assembly Works (CAW) signed with Contractors, who have won grants for the implementation of projects
The Bulgarian Development Bank offers working capital financing for construction companies that have signed a Contract for the Execution of Construction and Assembly Works (CAW) with Contractors, a party to a Grant Agreement under national and European programs. Its scope includes two directions:
DIRECTION 1 – projects under the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan (NRSP) and under the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIP);
DIRECTION 2 – projects under Measure 7.6 „Studies and investments related to the maintenance, restoration and improvement of the cultural and natural heritage of villages” of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
Target Groups
Construction companies that:
✔ Have signed a contract with the Contracting Authority (municipality, administrative institution, ministry or beneficiaries under Measure 7.6) for the implementation of projects approved for a grant;
✔ Have completed at least two financial years with reported positive equity or a joint co-debtor;
✔ Have no liabilities to financial institutions;
✔ Have recommendations from the Chamber of Builders or references for good performance of completed projects.
