Ivaylo Moskovski
Ivaylo Moskovski graduated Public Finance at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) and Financial Management at the D. Tsenov Economic Academy in Svishtov.
For 4 years he has participated in the management of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank with headquarters in Thessaloniki.
In his role of Vice President Operations with responsibility for Risk he was managing projects for implementation and monitoring of risk policies, responsible also for the bank’s ESG policy.
Moskovski was Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications in the periods 2011-2013; 2014-2017, and 2017-2018.
He was also a member of the 42nd and 44th National Assembly, Member of the Transport and Energy Committees. In 2009-2011 he was Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, also heading the Managing authority of Operational Program Transport (2007-2013) and is the Bulgarian representative in the TRACECA initiative.
