14.01.2025 BBB Leasing will support Bulgarian companies and farmers for the purchase of agricultural land

The financing is worth up to 90% of the valuation of the land, with a minimum exposure to one client of BGN 100 thousand and a maximum exposure of BGN 5 million at the level of a group of related parties.

Among the advantages of the new product of BBR Leasing is the minimum deductible of 10% with the possibility to reach 0% in case the transaction is realized within the framework of a guarantee program offered by BBR Leasing.

Entrepreneurs are also supported by the long term of the financing provided - 15 years and the seasonal repayment plan tailored to the needs of the specific manufacturer.

The product also provides an opportunity for leaseback - obtaining fresh financial resources against agricultural land owned by the farmer.

The requirement for lessees is to have a minimum of 2 completed financial years, economic potential and positive equity.
