28.06.2022 First National Culinary Gathering takes place this weekend with support from BDB
More than 500 culinary masters, over 200 artisans and local producers, folk dancers, singers and musicians will gather this weekend from 1 to 3 July near the village of Byala Cherkva near Pavlikeni to show the good traditions in this beautiful part of Bulgaria.
The National Culinary Festival "In the valley of the Rositsa river" is organized for the first time by BDB’s client BIOPROD EOOD. The company produces food raw materials and products, some of which it processes and sells to end customers throughout Bulgaria via its two websites www.kulinar.bg and www.zelka.bg. Its strategy is to shorten the path of the fresh products it produces to the end customer.
The idea behind the festival is to promote local producers and traditions in the area where hospitality, culinary skills and craftsmanship have been preserved. A children's craft workshop and a children's culinary academy are planned to pass on these traditions. Folk dance choreographers will introduce children to the Bulgarian folk dance art. At the festival, both children and adults will be able to taste the most typical of the region baked goods and dishes, whose recipes have been preserved and passed down from person to person for years, with every bite having the power to bring one back to childhood, where everything is cozy, tasty and shared.
You can plan a trip to Byala Cherkva, municipality of Pavlikeni, for the First National Culinary Festival and support local producers and the good initiative of our customers.
