24.06.2022 Upcoming changes in BDB rates for sole proprietors, legal entities and individuals

We would like to notify you of an upcoming change in the rates of the Bulgarian Development Bank.

Effective from 6 July 2022, a new Tariff of Terms, Interest Rates, Fees and Commissions for Sole Proprietors and Legal Entities, published here, will come into force.

Effective from 23 August 2022, a new Tariff of Terms, Interest Rates, Fees and Commissions for Individuals, published here, will enter into force.

By this notice, the Bank fulfils its obligation as a payment service provider under Article 62 of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act to inform its clients (payment service users) of any forthcoming changes to the terms and conditions of the framework agreement made by and between them. The Bank hereby informs the payment service users that it considers that they have accepted the changes to the terms and conditions of the framework contract, unless they notify the Bank otherwise before the date on which the changes come into force. In the event that payment service users do not accept the changes, the Bank shall inform them that they shall be entitled to terminate the framework agreement and any accompanying contracts immediately before the proposed effective date of such changes, bearing no liability for any costs or damages.
