Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka

Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka is the President of the Management Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. She has been professionally active in the banking sector for over 25 years. Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka is also the originator and initiator of the Three Seas Fund, and since 2019 she has been the chairwoman of its supervisory board. Before joining BGK, she has spent over 20 years at Bank Zachodni WBK (currently Santander Bank Polska), where she was responsible, among other things, for the implementation of strategic projects and optimization of banking processes.
Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka is a graduate of economic universities specializing in corporate finance management and the Advanced Leadership Program at the ICAN Institute. She also graduated from the University of Cambridge – Judge Business School. Privately, she is an aviation enthusiast with a diploma in aircraft accessories mechanics, currently training for a pilot's license.
