- A first rank pledge under the Pledge Act created in favour of the Bank on the aggregate of all present and future claims of the hospital/borrower under contracts with the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF).
- A first rank pledge over the present and future claims of the borrower, including under hospital care contracts with insurance companies.
- Pledge under the Financial Collateral Agreements Act on the claims/balances in all accounts opened with BDB.
- A first rank pledge under the Pledge Act in favour of BDB on assets subject to financing from the Bank, including a pledge on medical equipment.
- Other, at the Bank's discretion, securing at least 100% of the credit exposure.
