Dozens of children and young people at risk were included during the summer break in excursions and camps in 2018.

The Bulgarian Development Bank supported the summer charity campaign organized by the SOS Children's Villages Association. The campaign is aimed at children and young people deprived of parental care and placed in foster families or sheltered housing.

The program also included joint activities for children and parents, supported by the SOS Centers in Sofia, Pernik, Veliko Tarnovo, and Gabrovo. In addition to positive experiences and socialization, the program aimed to adapt children to the new environment and conduct targeted individual work with psychologists on deficits and trauma.
