Paweł Nierada

Member of the Supervisory Board of the 3SIIF

Paweł Nierada is the first Vice President of the Management Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. He has got a long experience in the investment banking and capital markets industry. He carried out numerous projects in public and private markets (IPOs, bond and share issues, market analysis), M & M&A, provided strategic advice to large corporate entities, and advised on privatization (to the Ministry of Treasury and investors) in Poland and abroad.

Pawel Nierada is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. He completed many courses on venture capital, corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets.
